Tanksafe Solutions are the only road tanker testing inspection body in both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland who can carry out periodic testing of Class 3 tankers without the need to fill the tank with water. We are UKAS Accredited and HSENI Appointed to carry outtesting with the use of Dry Air or Nitrogen up to 0.5 Bar.

We have been testing road tankers from 1999 and have a world of experience in this field, and are now expanding to our second base at KC Commercials in Dublin.

Both sites have state of the art Periodic gas testing equipment which is perfect for the Aviation Industry; Tanksafe Solutions and KC Commercials inspectors are fully trained in Aviation Fuel Package services, maintenance and storage tanks inspection under JIG and CAA Reg.

FTA Passes can be issued by both Tanksafe Solutions inspectors, and our sister company PCV Services at BP/Puma Energy ZONE 1 workshop in Belfast oil terminal.

IPIA Passes can be issued at KC Commercial in Dublin, and inspected in their ZONE One inspection bay.

Both Tanksafe Solutions, Lisburn and Dublin, can provide tanker degassing services at their sites.

Tanksafe Solutions are at present working on 4 Bar Gas Testing of road tankers, which would be a first for any UK or Irish inspection body, for Class 9.

Tanksafe Solutions can also provide mobile/customer site tank testing, and has accreditation for Exceptional check of service equipment on their UKAS schedule 6556.

Both Lisburn and Dublin have state of the art ZONE One PEG Reg testing bays.

The Lisburn site is located at 18 Cockhill road, Maze Lisburn, BT27 5RS, close to the M1 motorway.

The Dublin site is located at KC Commercial yard, Posie Row, Kinsealy, Swords, Dublin, 17 close to Dublin Port.
